PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of all websites, content, and services operated by Dr. Regina Koepp, LLC dba The Center for Mental Health and Aging (collectively, “Company,” “we,” or “us”), including:
www.mentalhealthandaging.com
www.centerformentalhealthandaging.com
www.drreginakoepp.com
Any related websites, subdomains, courses, memberships, directories, or media platforms (collectively, the “Site”).
By using the Site, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. No Clinical Care or Therapeutic Relationship
The Company does not provide direct patient care, clinical services, or treatment through this Site, its blogs, videos, podcasts, webinars, courses, emails, social media, provider directory, or any other public content.
Use of this Site does not create a therapist–patient, psychologist–patient, or any other provider–patient or professional relationship with Dr. Regina Koepp, The Center for Mental Health and Aging, or any representative.
No diagnosis, treatment, or individualized clinical advice is being provided.
Communications such as comments, emails, direct messages, podcast questions, or participation in webinars, live events, or communities do not create a professional relationship and should not be relied upon as personal clinical guidance.
If you need mental health or medical care, you should consult with a qualified licensed professional in your jurisdiction who can provide individualized assessment and treatment.
If you are in crisis or think you may harm yourself or someone else, call 911 or your local emergency number, or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (U.S.) immediately.

3. Educational and Informational Purposes Only
All content on the Site—including articles, blogs, podcasts, videos, webinars, downloadable resources, courses, membership content, and emails—is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
The content:
Is not medical, mental health, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Should not be used to diagnose, treat, or manage any health or mental health condition.
Is not a substitute for individualized assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or consultation with a qualified professional.
You are solely responsible for how you use any information obtained from the Site.

4. National Provider Directory
The Site may include a National Provider Directory (“Directory”) of mental health and related providers who work with older adults and their families.
The providers listed in the Directory are independently licensed clinicians and are not employees, contractors, or agents of the Company. They operate their own independent practices.
Before starting care, you are responsible for verifying that your therapist or provider has an active license in your state. You can ask them directly and/or check with your state’s licensing board.
The Company confirms that Directory providers report having experience working with older adults, but listing a provider does not mean we endorse, recommend, supervise, or guarantee their services, clinical decisions, or outcomes.
The Company is not responsible for any care provided by Directory providers, nor for any disputes, damages, or outcomes arising from your relationship with any provider listed in the Directory.
Your decision to contact or work with any provider from the Directory is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

5. Eligibility and User Conduct
You agree to use the Site only for lawful, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or systems.
Post, upload, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site (“Content”) is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Content includes, without limitation:
Text, articles, blog posts, podcast show notes, and educational materials.
Audio and video recordings (including the podcast and webinars).
Course materials, handouts, templates, and digital downloads.
Graphics, logos, branding, layout, and design.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not, without prior written permission from the Company:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, upload, post, or transmit Content.
Modify or create derivative works based on the Content.
Use the Content for clinical trainings, CE programs, or other commercial purposes.

7. User Submissions and Communications
If you submit comments, questions, reviews, testimonials, stories, images, audio, video, or other materials to the Site or to the Company (collectively, “Submissions”):
You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your Submissions in any media now known or later developed.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your Submissions and that they do not infringe any third-party rights.
Submissions are not confidential, and the Company has no obligation to maintain their confidentiality.
Submissions, including questions or comments, do not create a professional or therapeutic relationship and will not be treated as clinical communications.

8. CE, Courses, and Digital Products
From time to time, the Company may offer courses, memberships, digital products, or continuing education (CE) content for professionals.
Enrollment, payment, and access terms will be specified at the point of purchase and may be supplemented by additional terms or agreements.
Any CE approvals or designations are limited to the accrediting organization(s) and jurisdictions specified in the course materials and may change over time.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Site or Content.
